The Document Consolidator can connect to an Agency's existing Accela Civic Platform and merge attachments into a single PDF output and stores it on the originating record on the Accela Civic Platform. The product greatly streamlines the ability to create a consolidated user-friendly PDF that allows for easier review by the applicant, external approving agencies, and others.

No Infrastructure or Programming
We host, monitor, and maintain the solution in our platform, we communicate with your Instance of the Accela Civic Platform securely using the Accela Construct APIs
Seamless Integration
The integration utilizes Civic Platform URL reporting for a simple initiation process, and the Accela Construct APIs to retrieve the documents to be consolidated, and upload the completed PDF
Converts Common Document Types
The service recognizes over 200 different document types and converts them all seamlessly into a single PDF
Optional Cover Page
The service may be configured to include an optional cover page that provides a summary of the contents. Different coverage pages can be created for each record type
