Technical Support Engineer
GovPath is growing quickly and looking for talented and self-motivated individuals with a strong drive for customer satisfaction and an eye for detail to help us succeed in delivering successful solutions in the Government space. In this exciting role you will be working directly with multiple City, County, and State Governments as well as True Point Solution staff while supporting our software platform and assisting our customers with their Accela Civic Platform implementation.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing web and phone-based support to Managed Services customers.
Managing support tickets, communicating updates, tracking and resolving defects.
Documenting release notes and communicating release timeframes to customers.
Monitoring True Point Solutions applications and troubleshooting response times.
Build positive customer experiences.
Stay up to date with industry trends and monitor True Point Solutions products for known exploitable software.
Requirements
Customer focused, strongly developed analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use technical knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions.
1+ years of implementing or supporting customizable off the shelf products (Experience with the Accela Civic Platform desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication, strong presentation experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Git, and JavaScript.
Experience developing applications in Visual Studio using C#, and ASP .NET desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (preferred)
