Role and Responsibilities
As an Implementation Consultant, you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce, Clariti, and Infor platforms.
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
Drive the integration of third-party applications and data sources, expanding the capabilities of our environments.
Continuously optimize and enhance existing features to meet evolving business needs and industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, security, and performance.
Stay current with Salesforce, Clariti, and Infor updates, trends, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Occasional travel to client sites will be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or 3-5 years as an Implementation Consultant
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong grasp of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II are a strong plus.
Familiarity with Clariti Solutions, Infor Public Sector, or similar workflow automation tools is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
Public sector experience with a focus on permitting, planning, licensing, and code enforcement is preferred.
Ability to travel to client sites.
